La Semaine minière du Katanga sera organisée à Lubumbashi (République démocratique du Congo) les 20 – 21 Octobre 2015. L’événement mettra l’accent sur les défis locaux de la province, l’électricité, l’exploitation minière, les infrastructures, le contenu local et le développement, le transport et la logistique ainsi que le rôle de l’industrie minière dans le développement social responsable. La Semaine minière du Katanga offre la possibilité de rencontrer tous les acteurs clés de l’industrie minière et les représentants du gouvernement ainsi que de s’informer sur les derniers projets d’infrastructure dans la province et de leur impact sur les affaires.
Le Katanga est la plaque tournante de l’exploitation du cuivre et du cobalt en RDC.

The Katanga Mining Week will be organized in Lubumbashi (Democratic Republic of Congo) on 20 – 21 October 2015. The event will focus on the local challenges of the province, power, mining, infrastructure, local content & development, transport & logistics as well as the role of the mining industry in social development responsibilities. The Katanga Mining Week offers the opportunity to meet all the key players in the mining industry and the government representatives as well as learn about the latest infrastructure projects in the province and its impact on business.
Katanga is the hub of copper and cobalt mining in the DRC.
