Le Symposium sur l’investissement de la diaspora africaine de la Silicon Valley aura lieu les 29-30 Janvier réunissant les principales parties prenantes pour discuter de l’avenir de l’investissement en Afrique.
L’inscription est maintenant ouverte pour l’événement, qui aura lieu à l’Hôtel Biltmore Suites à Santa Clara, en Californie, en partenariat entre le Réseau de la diaspora africaine, l’Alliance Internationale pour l’Engagement de la diaspora (IDEA), Homestrings, le Fonds One World pour l’enfance et le Fonds mondial pour les femmes.
L’événement mettra l’accent sur la contribution potentielle actuelle et future de la diaspora africaine sur le continent par l’investissement direct, le développement des petites entreprises, de la philanthropie et de l’innovation.
Il fournira également une occasion unique de mobiliser les principaux intervenants de différents secteurs afin de discuter des besoins du continent ainsi que les possibilités d’investissement des entreprises existantes.
Le symposium comprendra des annonces de nouveaux programmes spécifiques à l’Afrique qui donneront plus de possibilités à la diaspora pour participer de manière plus significative à la croissance économique à travers l’Afrique.

The Silicon Valley African Diaspora Investment Symposium will be held on January 29-30, bringing together key stakeholders to discuss the future of investing in Africa.
Registration is now open for the event, which will take place at the Biltmore Hotel and Suites in Santa Clara, California, and is being run as a partnership between the African Diaspora Network the International Diaspora Engagement Alliance (IDEA), Homestrings, the One World Children’s Fund and the Global Fund for Women.
The event will highlight the African diaspora’s current and potential future contribution to the continent through direct investment, small business development, philanthropy, and innovation.
It will also provide a unique opportunity to engage key stakeholders from different sectors to discuss the needs of the continent as well as the existing business investment opportunities.
The symposium will include announcements of new Africa-specific programmes offering more opportunities for the diaspora to engage more significantly in economic growth across Africa.
