Le 10ème congrès international turco-africain axé sur le thème : « Commerce, investissement et concurrence en Afrique : nouvelles opportunités » s’ouvre, jeudi à Dakar à l’hôtel Novotel.
Organisé par l’Institut Afrique de TASAM (centre turco-asiatique d’études stratégiques) en collaboration avec le ministère sénégalais des Affaires étrangères et l’Union économique et monétaire ouest africaine (UEMOA), le congrès de trois jours verra la participation d’un grand nombre d’experts turcs et africains pour permettre une plateforme d’échanges d’opinions sur les multiples opportunités offertes par l’Afrique.
